Kindly note that KYC registration is also needed in order to use our products and services conveniently without any restrictions. We will require you to verify your BVN account on the following grounds:

- Cashout : BVN verification is required before you can withdraw your NaijaSub wallet funds to your bank account. This is just a one time process. This measure has been employed to protect you from fraud and to ensure the bank account details on your profile correlate with the BVN account.

- Sell Airtime : You will be required to verify your BVN account before you can sell your airtime to us. This measure is to protect Us and you from FRAUD and to identify you as a genuine customer.

- Product transactions : You will be required to verify your BVN account after 3 successful Daily transactions as an unverified user. In order words, Unverified users can only perform 3 transactions daily. Once your account has been verified, the restriction will be removed.

Reasons we require BVN VERIFICATION:

3. To prove you are not a robot.
4. Full access to our products and services.

With your BVN, we do not have access to your bank account or password. As a registered Business with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Reg. No. RC 2609304, we are only given access to the BVN database to access the following information:

1. Name
2. Date of Birth, and
3. Phone Number.

We are not given the name of your bank nor have access to your account number. Warning: You are not to share your BVN, Account Number, Bank Name or OTP with anyone else, especially an untrusted source or entity.

You agree not to misuse, “scrape,”, “spider” or hurt any part or page of the Services or to reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the Services. In other words, you agree not to interfere with or try to disrupt our Services, for example by distributing a virus or other harmful computer code.

The Logos or/and names “Tinuda”, "Facebook", "Twitter", "Instagram" and others you may see or may have seen on various areas of our services are trademarks of their respective owners and represent their service marks Globally. If you’d like to use these trademarks, please contact us or the respective owners using any mediums provided on our/and their homepage or elsewhere genuine.
